    When we got to the agency they said that our information was not received by them and therefore we can't go to our tour at 9:30 and what available is 10:55 we were very upset that we have to waist our time but after arguing we them we went according to them the agency that was in Florence didn't do their job but it's not my problem because the tour was booked 2 months prior

    Le ticket vous fera gagner 2h de queue selon la saison et votre horaire, mais uniquement pour entrer dans le Vatican. Pour la place saint Pierre c'est un accès gratuit, libre ! Pour la basilique Saint Pierre, il vous faudra faire la queue pas de billet, c'est gratuit. Donc 40 euros au lieu de 18 ou 19 euros pour couper une seule file ? A vous de voir. Compte tenu de la chaleur nous l'avons apprécié. Mais une fois passé les portiques de sécurité vous êtes en accès libre aucun guide. Donc ce qu'il faut savoir: c'est juste un coupe file en groupe (il parle en anglais et non en français bien qu'il y ait écrit français sur le site) pour entrer dans le Vatican (voir les collections, la chapelle sixtine (à l'autre bout), la chambre de Raphaël (faut trouver la déviation et refaire le tour) ... Bonne visite (mettez de bonnes chaussures vous allez marcher et beaucoup piétiner).
