    My family was in town visiting and we planned a last minute trip to rome, we arrived not being able to book any tours for the Vatican and colosseum. We ran into Shuvo after breakfast one day and he was able to not only get us tickets, but also an exclusive slip the line tour for the Vatican and the Coloseum. We enjoyed both tours so much. Both tour guides were great in the matter of being educational and also entertaining during the tour. But none of this would have been possible with out Shuvo who was so kind to all of us. Thank you Shuvo for everything, we will always remember that you were the reason why we were able to make great memories in Rome!

    Mama Sabrina was our tour guide from Brastours. She was excellent. The headsets were brilliant especially as I wear a hearing aid and struggle to hear in large crowds.

    I was really looking forward to my visit only to be told that it had been cancelled my booking was for 11:30 i was informed of cancellation at 10:30 a whole hour before strange thing was on each of the 3 days prior to my visit i was reminded to enjoy the experience, So all in all i found this most unsatisfactory,
