    Alessandra could not have made this tour any better for our family (kids 13, 11, 9 plus parents and grandparents)! Adults and kids learned so much and had a blast while doing it! We were sad for it to end!

    The tour operator cancelled the day before due to an ill tour guide. They tried to get another and confirmed they could do it then they called also in sick at 6am on the day, so we were let down twice!! Incredibly frustrating and Viator should consider whether they should use them going forward due to their poor planning.
