Embark on a tantalizing journey around Tuscany’s wine country on this private day trip from Rome. Traveling in a minivan with an expert driver-tour escort ( a driver able to deliver general information on the areas vsited). Visit the postcard-perfect town of Montepulciano. In Montalcino wine area you’ll savor the region’s revered wine, including the ruby-red Vino di Nobile, during the wine tasting at selected winery. After a light lunch of cured meat, cheese and bruschetta, visit the enchanting hilltown of Pienza, also a UNESCO World Heritage site.

In case the local supplier does not receive the compulsory information, the tour will be missed and no refund will be given.

  • All passengers pay the same rate irrespectively from their age
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

This was a great tour. We have done many tours but doing a small private tour was just a difference maker. Our guide Roberto was absolutely wonderful. Informative, timely and personable. We loved every single stop, and felt like we had plenty of time at each location. Th wine tasting as incredible, especially with the lunch included. Highly recommend!

I was a little disappointed in the experience. I guess I expected more than what was provided. Our driver was great! He was very courteous and took us to all of the places that were listed as a part of the tour. He also made suggestions for things to do and places to see. The winery that was chosen for the experience had great wine and I appreciate that it was an all women run winery, I just felt that it was not what I expected. Maybe that type of winery is the only one on this area. In addition, what was described as lunch I would not consider lunch. It was more like a charcuterie board with dessert. BTW, I did end up purchasing wine from this winery.
