Learn to make pasta by hand with a professional chef as your guide. Your 3-hour cooking class teaches you the basics of cooking authentic Italian pasta that you can recreate in your own kitchen. The class takes place in a charming cooking school with state-of-the-art appliances in the heart of Rome's Trastevere neighborhood. There, meet your Italian chef and small group of fellow cooks (max 14 people) over an Italian aperitivo, a plate of cured meats and cheese with a glass of prosecco. Once you've relaxed, begin making fettuccine and ravioli from scratch with a traditional red and white sauce made with seasonal ingredients handpicked by your chef. As the pasta dries, take a break with a gelato-making demonstration. Finally, sit down to enjoy it with plenty of wine and homemade gelato to top it all off.

Had such a fun class with Stefano! He instructed us well and made the experience enjoyable with great conversation and music. The food was delicious and we’re excited to replicate it when we get back home. Booked this last minute and so glad we did because it was a highlight of our trip!

The girls who taught are so nice, polite, funny and definitely know what they are doing. It’s so fun and we learned a lot. We drank prosecco while kneading the dough, we made the sauce together and then they served us. Huge portions and so yummy.
