Learn to make pasta by hand with a professional chef as your guide. Your 3-hour cooking class teaches you the basics of cooking authentic Italian pasta that you can recreate in your own kitchen. The class takes place in a charming cooking school with state-of-the-art appliances in the heart of Rome's Trastevere neighborhood. There, meet your Italian chef and small group of fellow cooks (max 14 people) over an Italian aperitivo, a plate of cured meats and cheese with a glass of prosecco. Once you've relaxed, begin making fettuccine and ravioli from scratch with a traditional red and white sauce made with seasonal ingredients handpicked by your chef. As the pasta dries, take a break with a gelato-making demonstration. Finally, sit down to enjoy it with plenty of wine and homemade gelato to top it all off.

The cooking guides, meeting new people, learning how to make an authentic Italian meal, and engaging in conversation while laughing and toasting to memories shared experiences made this part of my trip a rewarding and engaging experience. I'll never forget it! I highly recommend this tour!
