Tour operator sent us 3 youth (free) tickets when we paid for 3 adult (paid) tickets, and was entirely unresponsive on the morning of our visit. We could not enter the Colosseum at all, and the service is entirely unacceptable. Do not book through this.

What a wonderful time spent at The Colosseum with Arena Access! This was by far one of my most memorable Rome experiences! For this activity, you are initially given a voucher (not a ticket). The tour operator then works with the Colosseum staff to have the entry ticket issued to you by the day before. I was a bit uneasy about this and contacted tour operator Elisabetta who reassured me and provided great customer service. Grazie mille!

We purchased tickets to enter the Colosseum at 10 AM. While we were there trying to download our E-tickets, we were unable to retrieve them. We tried calling twice and the line was never picked up. We emailed her. Shortly after, we received a message stating that the tour operator had canceled our booking and refunded our money. This left us in a bind as our choices were then to either go get in the ridiculously long line to buy tickets, or try and find another tour online that was departing quickly. Our friends that we had planned to see the Colosseum with us had to go in without us and we went on a later tour. Disappointing.
