Paid for the transfers with TripAdvisor. They never arrived either end. Had to pay from our spending money for the taxis and was just reimbursed they money we paid and not the transfer money paid to TripAdvisor

Roberto turned up early (even at 3am arrival time). Was very polite and a great driver. Would highly recommend for anyone needing a transfer.

The driver got to the hotel on time. He was pleasant and drove safely. My son forgot his wallet on the backseat of the car and they are mailing back to us as we noticed while at the gates. There was constant communication about his wallet and the level of service has been great.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
