This was one of the best tours! Our guide, Valter, was a delight ! Valter is a chef so he had a vast knowledge of the food we were eating. The portions were not bite size either! We sat at a table at each restaurant and enjoyed wine and a good size portion of food while Valter shared his insights. We were served great quality foods. Several restaurants locally sourced or grew their produce. The wine cellar was very interesting. By the end of the tour, we were stuffed and feeling great!
