My friends said she was happy with the tour because the guide discussed the details of the tour during the tour. She said she noticed other tour guides discussed the tour at the meeting point. Elizabeth was our tour guide, in her bag she had information to share with the group that we passed around and discussed. During the tour she shared a brief history about Italy, the statues, rooms and pictures. She is knowledgeable about her country and history and enjoys her work.

You really need to have a tour guide in the Vatican Museum! It is vast and you will miss the highlights without a guide. Our guide shared a lot of information about Michelangelo and the painting of the Sistine chapel which really helped us get the most out of this incredible room. This tour allows you to visit St. Peter's Basilica on your own but, without a guide, it is quite overwhelming! So choose a different tour if you would like to have a guide show you around the basilica.
