Although a long day, Yohana did an excellent job dealing with the group. She was really pleasant, knowledgeable and always ensuring we were experiencing the best of Venice.

Horrible experience our tour guide thought my son was my husband, told us next time to leave the kids at home( his sisters) we were given the wrong directions to the water taxi's and almost didn’t make it back. We had a seat for the first train but not the second most of our group had to stand. Yohanna was our guide she was nice but the happy hour was one drink one ball or a quarter of a sandwich. Not worth the time or money to get lost, buy your own train ticket and do it yourself we basically did.

The BEST day ever with an amazing and friendly tour guide Graziella! Graziella provided wonderful recommendations for lunch and gondolas (at our request) and was always a WhatsApp message away.
