Michelle met us on time at FCO and provided a fabulous three hour tour around Rome, with stops at the major attractions for exploration and photos and a quick lunch stop. Then he transferred us to our pre- cruise hotel in Civitavecchia. Friendly and knowledgeable. Very nice vehicle. Highly recommend.

First trip to Europe. In Rome for two days prior to cruising the Greek isles. Booked as soon as it was recommended by our travel agent, Luxury Travel by Debbi. Stefano's Roma Cabs has an excellent web site with all the information you need. We chose the VIP transfer with 2 hour tour since we were arriving early in the morning and hotel check in was not until 2pm. Our flight was over an hour late arriving in Rome. No problem! Our driver, Daniela, sent us a text to tell us where to meet her. After a brief walk to the parking area, we entered a beautiful Mercedes SUV for our ride to the hotel. Now for the best part. We had no specific itinerary, other than the usual places you would expect a first time visitor would want to see (Coliseum, Roman Forum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps). We asked her to take us to the places she thought we should see. She covered all of the above and more! The Basilica at Saint Paul was our first stop. Wow! As stated on the website, the driver stays with the car. She gave us 20 minutes to go look inside. She took us to see her favorite fountain in the city in the Trastevere neighborhood of Rome. She offered to take pictures of us anytime we asked. For the major sites, she drove us as close as she could, then allowed us to get out of the car, see the site, take our pictures, and return to the car. In summary, I heartily recommend this company, and especially Daniela, who made our first trip to Rome so memorable.

Michele did such a good job. Our flight was delayed & our luggage was lost so it delayed us even longer. He waited and still took us on a fabulous tour! We wanted to do the 4 hour tour but ended up with only 2 due to the delay. He was more than accommodating & suggested things to see & was so knowledgeable and entertaining. I highly recommend Michele & this company!
