  • This is a private transfer so no other people will join in the car. Our vehicles will be cleaned after every tour, have plastic safety glass and our drivers wear gloves and masks
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Our exit from thr Rotterdam port was delayed due to the massive number of cruise passengers leaving at one time. Our driver contacted me reassuring he would wait and where to locate him. He assisted us with our luggage and provided some information about the area during our comfortable ride to Amsterdam. I would highly recommend this service.
