  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We had a wonderful and very professional driver on both to & from Amsterdam/Rotterdam. I will definitely use Aviator again when next I travel. Cudos to both drivers and thanks to Aviator.

Driver arrived right on time!! Very personable. Cruise port was very hectic, but we found each other.
