The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Mix up where to pickup transportation. Once it was figured out, it was fine. We were told there would be drinks in the van...nothing not even a bottled water. Employees were nice.

5 Star Review for them. My husband requires oxygen and a scooter. It's scary going to another country wondering if the medical equipment would be available. Not a worry with this company. Alberto picked us up at the airport in Cancun and delivered us to our resort. He was there on time both ways and delighted us with local lore on our ride. They were most accommodating and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Great experience, I traveled with my family and a special kid that requires o2 they were able to assist and provide equipment as well. they were on time and super friendly I will be using them every trip to Cancun 5 Star (Excellent experience)
