Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

We will provide you with personalized and professional services by a well-trained, enthusiastic and friendly chauffeur/guide who genuinely wishes to make your holiday experience or business trip as enjoyable as possible.
IMPORTANT***
Our priority is always to provide a safe, trained, certified and whenever possible bilingual driver. Fortunately & unfortunately we are almost fully booked during your travel dates, therefore we are out of availability for bilingual drivers. However, even the non-bilingual drivers will understand basic English commands such as bathroom or grocery stops, they can also always use the translator through our van WIFI or call our office for extra assistance. Please note that this does not put down 100% the possibility of your driver for the day being bilingual as we could encounter cancellations or calendar modifications that will free our current schedule.

PlayaGrande Shuttle and Tours was very punctual. They stopped at the rent a car place for us to meet other family members. The service to and from the airport was very easy.

We recently returned from our trip to the beautiful Costa Rica - we used Playa Grande Shuttle & Tours Costa Rica for both pick up from the airport to our resort (approx 1.5 hours away) as well as back to the airport at the end of our trip. The booking process was smooth and the company was extremely responsive. Both trips were seamless from pick up as soon as we left baggage claim at the airport to waiting for us at the front door of our resort to head back home. Both drivers were excellent drivers, very friendly and provided history and information on our rides. We highly recommend this company!

Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
