IMPORTANT*** Our priority is always to provide a safe, trained, certified and whenever possible bilingual driver. Fortunately & unfortunately we are almost fully booked during your travel dates, therefore we are out of availability for bilingual drivers. However, even the non-bilingual drivers will understand basic English commands such as bathroom or grocery stops, they can also always use the translator through our van WIFI or call our office for extra assistance. Please note that this does not put down 100% the possibility of your driver for the day being bilingual as we could encounter cancellations or calendar modifications that will free our current schedule.

We appreciate the professional drivers who transport us Marianna is great to work with - over email or on What’s App We had a day trip to Palo Verde Boat Tours. Our guide, José, provided ongoing commentary on our journey. Telling us about the agricultural practices in the area. Stopping to show us a pair of Jabiro birds and a family of Howler monkeys. The boat tour was fabulous. The lunch provided was excellent. A great day!

Playa Grande Shuttle & Tours are amazing! We had them shuttle our wedding guests to and from the airport on multiple trips. Leading up to our time in Costa Rica, I messaged them very frequently with questions and trip adjustments. Sometimes my requests were super last-minute. They were always super responsive and accommodating. I received so many compliments from our guests on how smooth and easy the transportation was! Highly recommend this company for any private shuttle needs.

Ariel and his staff were incredible in all respects! Very professional, personable & knowledgeable. all of the vehicles were updated and clean. They went above and beyond to look after us and made each trip seamless. If you need superior and safe transportation along with local knowledge, I would not advise using any other company. I wish I could’ve given them 10 instead of 5 stars.
