Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

We will provide you with personalized and professional services by a well-trained, enthusiastic and friendly chauffeur/guide who genuinely wishes to make your holiday experience or business trip as enjoyable as possible.
IMPORTANT***
Our priority is always to provide a safe, trained, certified and whenever possible bilingual driver. Fortunately & unfortunately we are almost fully booked during your travel dates, therefore we are out of availability for bilingual drivers. However, even the non-bilingual drivers will understand basic English commands such as bathroom or grocery stops, they can also always use the translator through our van WIFI or call our office for extra assistance. Please note that this does not put down 100% the possibility of your driver for the day being bilingual as we could encounter cancellations or calendar modifications that will free our current schedule.

I booked Playa Grande for a roundtrip from San Jose airport to our hotel. We were staying a bit off the beaten path near Tenorio National Park, so we had to make a custom itinerary. Customer service was great and we were able to converse in English to settle our details. Pick ups were on time and the drivers were great. Very courteous and the vans were very nice. I would book them again!

The trip was amazing! I highly recommend this company. Our guide Ariel was prompt, kind and very knowledgeable. He was totally focused on giving us a terrific experience! Seeing the nesting turtles was simply amazing. We were very lucky to be there in a peak day. Ariel had a very clean, comfortable car for transport that included many extras like fruit and sodas and even WiFi. This group will not disappoint !

Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
