Cruise Express Return Shuttle Service Your cruise shuttle to Bruges provides a return shuttle service from your cruise ship to Bruges and back at regular intervals (max. waiting time 30 min.), so no delay in getting to Bruges and back from your cruise ship. Shuttles leave Zeebrugge between 8.30AM-12PM (noon), and return from Bruges in the afternoon. The schedule in the afternoon depends on the departure time of your cruise ship. First bus back: 4 hours prior to final embarkment/ last bus back: 1 hour prior to final embarkment. Shuttles every 30 minutes.

  • At time of booking, cruise ship passengers must provide the following information: ship name, docking time, disembarktion time, and reboarding time
  • Strollers and wheelchairs are storeable in the trunk, person in wheelchair has to be able to board the bus by him/herself.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Easy to book shuttle online. Easy directions to follow which took us straight to ticket office and the bus. Bus clean and quick transfer. Drop off a short walk to Brugge centre. Collect from drop off every half hour. Again clean bus and quick transfer. Can’t fault.

Bus arrived late, It didn't run every 30mins as the description suggests. Appeared as if Express Cruise where waiting for more people to show up and further fill the bus before departing. Staff first suggested bus was 9 minutes away. After 15 minutes this changed to another 16 minutes away. In the end we waited 50 minutes! Return service was thankfully better, but return times where limited. Last bus was 2 hours before the cruise departed not leaving much time in Bruges.

Courtesy bus to port terminal saved a walk. Pleasant and courteous dealings onto Bruges shuttle. All run on time .
