If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Our HQT Representative was so attentive and patient. Rodney took care of coordinating our transfer from the hotel to the resort, giving us peace of mind. It was a great start to our vacation.

My rating was only a one, because it is the lowest rating available. Their customer service and office policy is the worst. I booked them for my January visit to Punta Cana for my transportation from the airport to the hotel and back again to the airport 7 days later. I constantly messaged them live on What's App. as well as email messages to confirm my travel plans. I gave them my flight information, arrival date and time to PUJ, and my return flight dates back to Toronto. I have 10 separate saved messages back and forth. Still with all that, they still could not get it straight. I had to walk with my luggage 500 yards to get to a loading area when I arrived. A bit excessive. On my last day, I received a email message from TripAdvisor telling me my pickup time is 5pm, don't be late for my return trip to the airport. I was 30 minutes early waiting for my 5pm transportation appointment . I messaged them and told them I'm here waiting at 4:45pm. They had no driver there or even on their way as they lost my reservation. They blamed everyone for this, including me. 45 minutes later, and another 10 messages back and forth their driver finally showed up. He had no idea where the Bahia Reception was and just drove around with no clue where to go. After I arrived home, I wanted at the very least a apology and not getting that, I want a refund in full for all the aggravation they caused. They refused and blamed the entire bad experience on me and not their fault that they failed. Absolutely the worst CustomerCare. I will report them to Punta Cana Chamber of Tourism and Commerce.
Please go elsewhere for your transportation needs. Call a cab, take a bus but don't get involved with HQT. And TripAdvisor recommended them. Maybe TripAdvisor needs to relook at this.

Great experience with the tour. On time, clean and super friendly. Jose spoke English and Spanish and helped us with valuable information about town, stores, tours, etc. Jose was so nice and helpful that we even booked a buggy tour that was awesome thru him and of course the ride back to the airport. Thank you Jose for making our life so much easier while in Punta Cana. Definitely not easy to do with 2 kids and a senior on a big group ????
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
