If there is no Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace we see the Changing of the Guard at Horse Guards Parade instead
Thames River cruise is from Tower Pier to Westminster Pier or Westminster Pier to Tower Pier (open dated, can use tickets any time during stay in London)
Please note that there is no transfer included for the Thames River Cruise.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Abholpunkt falsch beschrieben mit falscher Koordinate, somit 8 min zu spät gewesen und keine Möglichkeit gehabt noch an der Tour teilzunehmen. Viator und Veranstalter vor Ort nicht kooperativ, auch im Nachgang keine Lösung ... 360 Euro für nix.
