Mills will be operated by hand of the local, in person. The tour was excellent, a truly must have! The animals, especially donkeys were our favourite. Guide was very polite and helpful. Route is mostly downhill so it is not very heavy physically. We enjoyed a lot and would recommend for all visitors who wants to see local countryside, beautiful mountains and peaceful valley.
