Gorilla Expedition Safaris is a Rwandan born Tour Company operating throughout East Africa with countries Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and Burundi for over a decade. We started as a team of two individuals offering car rental services in Rwanda especially those who wanted to access national parks with 4x4 vehicles. We further had more advancement in clients’ needs of doing cross country tours in the region. We have a team of 13 members and these include professional drivers, sales and marketing personnel who will always carter for your reservations timely, fields men and women who will always know where you are and cater for your safety and comfort during your stay plus professional guides who will always know where to turn in case you chose to travel with one.

f you confirm your trip with us, we will be happy to arrange for a pick-up directly from your hotel in Kigali. Our goal is to make your travel experience as convenient and stress-free as possible, so we offer this service to ensure that you can start your journey with ease.

Once you confirm your trip with us, please provide us with your hotel name and address in Kigali, as well as your preferred pick-up time. Our team will then coordinate with you to confirm the details and ensure that you are picked up promptly.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
