Driver picked us up and didn’t speak to us was constantly on his phone, didn’t turn the air con on until asked. Arrived at the spa down a back street, got changed and had to leave belongings unlocked. Sauna was ok, steam room was dirty and smelt, the Turkish bath was ok, body scrub given and was left in a room full of flies so they kept landing on us while trying to relax. Was put in a dirty shower to clean off, Massage was ok but the guy had long nails so kept scratching, poking and stabbing me. While all this was going on staff just walking about and chatting. No tranquility or quiet in the place. I felt more stressed being there than I have done all holiday. Asked the driver if we could make a quick stop to grab some takeaway food before going back to the hotel, I even offered to get him some. He said no an told me to get a taxi instead and left us.

Une première expérience très moyenne. Un programme complet mais avec des lacunes….. Points positifs : - Sauna (15 min) - Hammam ( 15 min ) - Massage (45 min ) - Gommage Points négatifs : - Taxi non climatise et bien chargé de touriste et de denrée alimentaire ( pourtant inclus dans l offre ) - Serviettes fournies mal odorantes. - Serviettes sur la table de massage mal odorantes - Jacuzzi : Eau trouble et mal odorante - le centre de massage se trouvait dans un centre commercial désaffecté - Guide interprète français absent ( inclus dans l offre et nous avons demandés avant après la réservation : You Trips Guide nous a confirmé sur watsapp que la prestation était en français .

The best spa experience ever! Treated like royalty! And Sam made the experience amazing private transfers birthday cake and celebrations absolutely phenomenal! The massage was one of the best we have ever had! Amazing little taste of culture! Thankyou
