Fantastic Orange Bay & Parasailing & Water sports & Snorkeling -Hurghada

Really a 0/10. Tour was supposed to start at 9. We sat out and waited for 4 hours to finally get clearance to go because they overbooked the excursion and they wouldn’t allow them to sail with the amount of people on it. We kept asking when are we leaving and they kept saying 10,15,20 minutes. Which turned into 2 hour delay before we went to search for some answers. No drinks or cold waters being passed around while we are sitting in the sun. At this point they were asking guests to rebook for another day & told us since we can’t for us to wait once the other people leave they will get clearance and we will get to go. Another 2 hours of ‘15 more minutes’ and us demanding they call our transport back - the engine comes on and we get to go out. The captain explains he has a surprise for us to go see dolphins - that we never did go to. We only stopped at 1 place to snorkel- there was so much Jellyfish out in the water and a man got stung. Lunch was frozen chicken tenders heated up w beef, rice, and a tomato /cucumber salad. Captain comes around asking how long we want to stay at Orange bay- we said at least the minimum of 2 hours per the excursion but if you can push for more since we had so many delays that would be great. He said ok I think I can do 30 more minutes as long as we are okay with returning later - absolutely no problem. Get to Orange bay and he tells us to get back to the meeting point at 4pm… mind you it was 3:04p. So w got less than 1 hour on Orange bay- which 2 hours isn’t even enough. Also remember to bring cash- they don’t take cards nor do they have an ATM to use. Wish that was communicated with the 4 hour delay. The tour team reached out to see how the day went and I was very detailed on the experience, the lack of communication, the continuous ‘15 min’ lies, and our overall disappointment of this tour and asked for even a partial refund and they just left me on read. I then followed up with them and all they had to say was thanks for the information we will contact you soon. Nothing back in over a week. So this is the review of my experience and I will also be blogging about it on TikTok. USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY !

Boat trip incl snorkeling , the boat may not be entered with slippers or footwear , unwise rough deck so too painful to walk on , wounds as a result , island is nothing special : literally , everything expensive and otherwise nothing to see or do there water too shallow to swim in very far t water in earlier that is possible , parasailing did not take place so picked up and done next day ( hope hassle for 20 minutes in total ) , better visit another island like this , otherwise the boat trip was a great experience but not special .

The view was amazing we have got so many photos it was really nice with my girlfriend I recommend it so much especially for couples
