Abu Dabbab is one of the most famous dive sites in the Red Sea and of all of Egypt. It is one of the few places in the world where you can dive with the very rare and endangered Dugong aka the Sea Cow. In fact, there are two resident Dugongs in the Abu Dabbab bay named Dennis and Douglas. This dive site also features friendly giant Green Sea Turtles that you can swim with up close and personal. In the shallow water, it is not rare to spot the bizarre looking but completely harmless Guitar Shark.

Not that much to do here you go out snorkeling from the beach and see the turtles eating the seagrass here and at the edges the corals I didn't enjoy the day here at all. Dinner and a drunk was included which you have your guide put in the order start of the day. Can see seacl cows didn't on this day and only saw 1 turtle, there's a turtle statue on the beach bit unkempt looking shabby wasn't for me this excursion and I love snorkeling.

Had a fantastic boat trip to swim with dolphins and snorkelling around the corals. Aladdin was our tour guide he was always there to help and made sure all our needs were taken care of. We took our 10 year old grandson who absolutely loved it. We have used canary tours for our last 3 holidays in Egypt and wouldnt go anywhere else.
