The Serengeti National Park is famous for being the scene of the largest migratory movement of wild animals in the world, it is the famous "Great Migration" of the Serengeti, which has as its protagonists around one and a half million wildebeests and half a million zebras, at constant search for pastures and water. The period between - December and March - sees the large herds of migrant wildebeest and zebras concentrate in the low grass plains of the central-southern Serengeti for the birthing season: 80% of the newborns see the light precisely at this moment of year. The savannahs are covered with herbivores as far as the eye can see, their presence attracts numerous predators.     It was nice to be lucky enough to be there, especially during this time and peacefully enjoying all these sightings. I started with the Ngorongoro Crater, I had the pleasure to enjoy all the animals without the noise of cars, after I spent a great time following the migration in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Safari Crew is the best organization, best guides; not only for Tanzania but also for amazing trips I have done with them earlier in Botswana, Zambia, Malawi, Rwanda and Uganda. Asante sana! Tullio

    Se state pensando di andare in africa... confermo che il top sono i tour operator locali: esperti e concorrenziali. Siamo appena tornati da un fantastico viaggio organizzato ad hoc per noi da Rocco. Disponibile e competente risponde subito sia durante la preparazione dall'italia sia durate il viaggio nel caso aveste bisogno di qualsiasi chiarimento. Essendo un gruppo di 4 appassionati di africa e di fotografia non è stato sempre semplice assecondare le nostre richieste ma con la nostra guida/autista Gerald il viaggio è stato strepitoso.

    Siamo arrivati per Natale e dopo aver constatato che la compagnia aerea aveva smarrito i bagagli abbiamo pensato che come inizio non era dei migliori. Tutto è stato cancellato, nel momento in cui abbiamo conosciuto la nostra guida MUSSA (Mosè in italiano) che subito ci ha catapultati nel fantastico mondo dei BIG FIVE... Abbiamo visitato una popolazione Masai che ancora mantengono le loro tradizioni ,usi e costumi e calcolando che abbiamo due bambini a seguito, è stata per noi e per loro un'esperienza fantastica! Il nostro itinerario è proseguito verso il Lago Manyara e in successione Ngorongoro, Serengeti, Ndutu, Lago Eyasi e infine il Tarangire. E' stato un viaggio all'insegna della Grande Migrazione, ma non sono mancati gli altri animali della grande Savana. Unico dispiacere, non abbiamo mai avvistato in Leopardo.... Pazienza, sarà per la prossima volta!! Consigliatissimo per le famiglie, E' il viaggio che tutti una volta nella vita dovrebbero fare, se poi c'è MUSSA... beh allora sarà anche EPICO!!!
