I went for the morning market walk about followed by cooking class at her place. Chef is very sweet bring me to all the shops and shared about different herbs and spices, fruits, vegetables and fish available in vietnam. Chef is very knowledgeable and gave really insider tips on cooking, how to prevent spices from becoming bitter, how to ensure the soup doesnt turn cloudy and dirty. All these tips you wont find in a typical recipe book. It was such a lovely time
