This was by far one of the best tours we did in Vietnam. My friend and I opted for the motorbike option which was super scenic and enjoyable. Lao was extremely experienced and new the history of the Cu Chi tunnels really well. When I spoke to a few other people from our hostel who had done a bus tour they said they didn’t learn half as much as we did doing the tour with Lao. From the way the Vietnamese soldiers dressed, to the way the tunnels operated in the war time, Lao knew it all! Would strongly recommend this tour to anyone interested in the history of the Cu Chi tunnels. Thank you Lao!

We booked this tour because we were looking for a private and nontouristy tour to the Co Chi Tunnels. This was the best tour we could’ve chosen. The Suv was great, new and very comfortable for out family of 4. We thank our driver, who did an excellent job, and also our guide - Laos - that was very professional with all of the information that he provided and also for his consideration regarding our time management. Every stop we did and then the tunnels, were never cramped with many tourists, which is what we really wanted. The lunch at a local family restaurant was a treat! If you are looking for a great tour to the tunnels, choose this company!

Lau was a fabulous, knowledgeable, and friendly guide that made our trip to the Cu Chi tunnels delightful. Luckily we went on a Monday, meaning the already quiet Ben Duoc tunnels had virtually no tourists, and we got to a enjoy a lovely quiet day. Lau answered all our questions about the rice noodle making, local farms, local coffee, and food. He unfortunately got roped into explaining a bit about the tunnels to another couple who hadn't organised a guide, but did so humbly for a couple minutes before urging us on so we could continue our private tour. The tunnels themselves were awesome, though if you are particularly tall or girthy you may struggle a bit. My 5 foot 11 partner had to go on hands and knees, and he isn't that tall! Lau also explained the traps and how they worked, showing us how for some great pics. He also took loads of pictures for us which was lovely! Though pricy, we are so thankful we decided to do this tour. After doing a group one on the Mekong river the day before we did not want to deal with the hassle and noise and inauthentic guides again. I highly recommend this tour, it is an excellent day out, very authentic, and probably one of our best experiences in Vietnam.
