Slightly informative and very disappointing. The sound track does not match with where you are. You are mostly lost. Complete lack of care from operator, more concerned about the stop for his food. We had to assist people to get off at the correct place, otherwise they get off two stops to early due to the recorder being fast. Never again.

I had an hour to kill. Not worth it. I never usually do these things. This 1 hour trip I don't think is available that Tripadvisor are showing, January 2023. It is just 40 minutes (plus or minus depending on roads). Does not include observation deck. I got there 18:15 and got a ticket for the 18:30 bus. There are staff there on ground or go to the kiosk next to the Opera House to purchase a ticket. I did it at night. Cheap as I said. 40 minute loop and returns to the original point by the Opera House (near the Walking Street). Does not stop anywhere, no commentary or nothing. I sat inside as the upstairs deck which was open was so crowded. Downstairs is cooler with the air conditioning although views not as good. Clean. There was free wifi but this did not really work. If you need a cheap overview of the city then fine and to see the buildings and skyline at night, then yes. Otherwise don't bother. This is different to the hop on and hop off. I think it is the same bus and company (not sure) but this is just like a 40 minute loop, more for orientation or a quick overview.

We got on this tour to learn about the history and important spots in Saigon. But we just drove around. There is no audio whatsoever. So we had no idea what the significance was for each place. The bus also does not pause at any place. So you really have no idea what are the historical sites.
