    Met just outside the terminal entrance by a young man with our names on a board. He took us a few minutes walk to meet our driver who had been told the International terminal instead of the domestic. This wasn’t a problem although it was very hot. Took our luggage and is straight to our hotel with no problems at all. Very good experience.

    Initial communication was positive and they confirmed my booking via WhatsApp. The driver was waiting with my name on a sign. However, he dropped me off at the wrong hotel which felt like a sketchy location. Then he had me get back in and took me to the correct hotel but dropped me off around the corner from the actual entrance. I had thought the booking was for round trip because that is what the TripAdvisor booking tool had me input. However when I sent a WhatsApp message the night before my expected pickup asking for details and timing on my return trip to the airport, they read the message hours before responding and finally responded when I was already in a Grab car service. I’d recommend skipping pre-booking a car and just use the Grab app which is the same as Uber. Much less expensive and ultimately easier especially with n the return to the airport.
