You will learn different delicacies of three regions through informative teaching of Chef along with some carving art for your viewing attraction. It is a meeting place for a gourmet break full of delights. Various traditional, vegetarian menus or on request of each level (initiation course, advanced course, vegetarian or professional course) to meet your requirements. Excellent course! It was great fun and our hosts were helpful and very knowledgable. The food was fresh and despite my limited cooking skills, I was able to produce a delicious meal with the help of our guide.

It was an excellent cooking class where we prepared 4 traditional Vietnamese dishes which were all delicious. It was just the two of us so it was a private experience.
