  • Cai Be Floating Market, Cai Be, Vietnam
    Upon arrival at Cai Be, your cruise will start with the Cai Be cruise, the remaining site of a wholesale floating market on the Tien River, which was once famous many years ago where you can see the relics of the old floating market, and chill on the river while listening to our tour guide tell you the stories of Cai Be market's old stories. Then, we will visit Tan Phong Island the next stop can be made at local workshops to see how rice paste, coconut candy, pop-rice, and pop-corn are made and listen to Don Ca Tai Tu - Traditional folk music. At the craft village, you will learn how some famous specialty products are manufactured, such as fish sauce, soy sauce, and cooking salt. You will learn how to make Banh Xeo - a Vietnamese Pancake and have a delicious lunch will be served under the shade of orchards at a local house on the Island.

Loved the boat ride and the smaller boat round the smaller rivers. Very interesting seeing toffee and rice paper made in the more manual way. Can't say I enjoyed the lunch but that was a personal choice as I'm not keen on fish. Great spread of food for those who do enjoy fish. Guide was great, very informative and helpful.

Tour guide was super, I racomand Felix. He is origin from Mekong delta, and he can pay attention to lot of moments during the trip

Our guide Zen was great and the tour was quite fun. It is a long bus ride so take something to do.
