    Between 3:30 pm - 4:00 pm you will be picked up at your hotel and transfered to the departure point. Explore the waterways in and around Saigon and see the true life of this amazingly diverse and rapidly changing city. You will leave an urban metropolis and just minutes away visit the scenic lush jungle canals with locals living a simple life in surroundings that resemble the Mekong Delta. A light dinner will be served during your two-hour sunset tour. Return to Saigon just after sunset to see the city‘s skyline and bridges lit up at night. Saigon is a non-sleeping city, just like Hong Kong, Singapore, which means you can literally wander around the whole city and enjoy both the hustle and bustle and the emptiness, the upbeat and the silence, the devil and the angel of the city by night.

Down the Chonknee Canal we went ....longest fresh water body in Asia. The floating villages, people actually living in boats and selling fresh fruits and vegetables and all other household essentials from their boats. It was a great experience, the fruits which we bought and ate were extremely tasty and fresh and perhaps a mite cheaper than at the markets. One of the high points of our total SE Asia experience.
