The booking process with Vietfun was very stressful, less than 12 hours before departure we were told our tour might be cancelled unless another customer joined. After already paying and arranging our trip, this felt very unprofessional and caused a lot of anxiety. That being said, in the end the tour went ahead, and once it started, the experience completely changed thanks to our amazing tour guide, Mr. Khanh. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained the history and culture in detail, answering all of our questions with patience. What we really appreciated was that he never pressured us to buy anything, in fact, he helped protect us from overpriced sellers and instead brought us to try authentic local food and experiences. Because of Mr. Khanh, the actual tour itself was wonderful and memorable. He is truly an outstanding guide who deserves recognition. Overall, while the booking and coordination process was a very negative experience that I hope Vietfun improves, but the on-the-ground tour experience with Mr. Khanh was excellent.

We took part in a beautiful guided tour of the Mekong Delta, up to the southernmost point of Vietnam. We saw breathtaking places that we could not reach DA alone. Our guide Bao was very good, answered all our questions, made us get closer to new cultures and made us taste new dishes. The days were very pleasant, the means used for new and comfortable trips and the driver very good. We highly recommend this agency to learn more about the most authentic Vietnam!
