Die Anreise von Saigon ins Mekong Delta dauert mindestens zwei Stunden. Es folgt eine kurze Bootstour, wo man den Mekong überquert und später eine kurze Paddeltour in einem Seitenarm. Das Ganze ähnelt eher einer Verkaufstour als einer Erlebnistour. Vom wirklichen vietnamesischen Leben bekommt man nichts mit. Wir hatten eine sehr lustige Gruppe, aber der Führer war sehr einsilbig und hat nur das Allernötigste erzählt.

Worth recommending! Tour guide was professional, funny and very good. He is well-versed with different islands and tour us around 6 islands.

It was okay. You see the sights along with all the other tourists. There's a line for EVERYTHING. Lunch was provided and snack were provided but BEVERAGES were NOT provided so yeah, they get you here. i recommend paying a bit more and go with a company that did less touristy stuff which is what my friends did. This tour took us through shops, stores, villages with stores, restaurants that sold honey, fruit, candy, and wine. I felt like I was trapped in one of those Timeshare tours.
