Vietnamese cuisine is greatly admired for its fresh ingredients, minimal use of dairy and oil, complementary textures, and reliance on herbs and vegetables. Together we will do the steps of the recipe and we will give tips and suggestions, while we can have a good conversation about Vietnam, about the food and the tradition. The menu can be designed as vegetarian or vegan. Allow our skilled chef to mentor you step by step through traditional Vietnamese cooking methodology. Enjoy 3 tasty dishes and one dessert to complete your meal. Iced tea and water will be served during your cooking class. A nice folder with all detailed recipes will be given to you at the end of your class.

The dishes we prepared were delicious. instructions were clear and the chef was helpful. The restaurant cooking area was clean and they were professional. The experience was wonderful!

I really enjoyed this cooking class. I really loved learning how to use local cooking tools such as the Vietnamese vegetable peeler and the unique ingredients in Vietnamese food. This class is held in a restaurant right across the street from the Park Hyatt and Opera house so I loved the 1 minute stroll across the street from our hotel to attend. The teacher gave great instruction and the food was delicious. I am not sure if I can source all of the ingredients in the U.S. but it was a fun and educational class. The teacher inserted humor alongside her very clear instructions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our cooking class. We each prepared 3 different dishes (see photos), which were easy enough to do and tasted great. The format was that we prepare a dish, then ate it, then prepared the next, ate it, etc. This was perfect. Our instructor demonstrated what we needed to do and then guided us as we did it ourselves. The location is in a restaurant across the street from the Park Hyatt Saigon where we were staying
