Salerno has a charming, if gritty, individuality, especially around its ostensibly tatty historic centre, where medieval churches and neighbourhood trattorias echo with the addictive bustle of southern Italy. You will walk around the olive trees and you will admire the vegetable garden with its seasonal harvest. The day will continue with tasting the extra-virgin olive oil with home-made bread, baked in the large wood-burning oven of the house. You will pick the tools and prepare together the best typical dishes of the Campania tradition, following the recipe. You will live your experience in a breathtaking location, from which you can admire our wonderful coastline and the green hills of Salerno! During the summer, you will be sitting in the garden, while you will enjoy the warm of the fireplace in the winter cold days and you can end your day tasting what you have prepared with your own hands, accompanying everything with the excellent red wine of our production.

Tour was cancelled the day before our tour due to "Weather". It rained lightly twice (for less than 15 minutes) the day we were supposed to take the tour. It was a walk around an Olive Grove and cooking inside. Viator does not seem to take any responsibility for cancellations at the last minute. They also don't seem to care that you are not a European and it is unlikely you will visit this area in Italy any time soon. This was the 3rd tour that was cancelled.

Conferma con indicazione precisa è arrivata troppo tardi (eravamo già in viaggio) cosi è mancata anche la nostra ultima conferma Il Taxi ha girato per 30 minuti a vuoto per trovare il indirizzo ---- (colpa delle indicazioni confondibili, non del Taxi) bravo taxista, che non si è arreso Mancanza di possibilità di contato con S. ---- ( magari si poteva arrivare altrimenti) Il Tour operator a Milano non ha risposto alle telefonate ------ Abbiamo passato qualche ora bellissima da S., imparato tanto e mangiato benissimo. ***** Grazie S. e A. proveremo le ricette.
