For this adventure a minimum of 2 people per reservation is required. The first day we pick you up very early at your hotel to transport you to Soraypampa, where we visit the Humantay lagoon and spend our first night in a family lodging, at the foot of majestic snow-capped mountains, and the next day very early to continue hiking that is full of beautiful landscapes, passing through the Salkantay snowy pass, to then descend and enter the edge of the jungle and on the third day arrive at Santa Teresa, and be able to enjoy the thermal medicinal waters in Colcalmayo, and so on the fourth day continue with the adventure , we have the option of Zip Line or continue with the walk to the town of Machu Picchu (Aguas Calientes), and to close with a flourish we will visit the Machu Picchu archaeological park (wonder of the modern world) We will be in constant contact with you before making the Departure. We had roger as our guide and he was incredible! He took tons of pictures for us and went out of his way to ensure we enjoyed our trip! Pretty impossible to do as a vegan, bring protein powder! Food wasn’t the best so pack snacks and make sure you bring cash! I was disappointed no where on the trip provided water. Bug spray/ sunscreen is a must and wear long pants in the jungle to avoid bug bites.

Really enjoyed the 4 day Salkantay trek. Food and accomodation on the trek were really good. We weren't too lucky with the weather, but even on a cloudy day Machu Picchu is worth a visit.
