Discover two of Argentina’s most spectacular natural attractions with this Salta Super Saver that combines day trips to the Humahuaca Valley and the Calchaquí Valley. Over two full days, see stunning rock formations and gorges, visit mountain villages, admire colonial churches, marvel at multicolored hills and sample delicious Argentine wine. On both day trips, you’ll be accompanied by a knowledgeable guide. This Super Saver takes place over two days; the order of the tours is determined based on availability.

Please note that there are some hotels in the city that are not included in our pickup routes. If your hotel is not included, we will contact you to inform you of the closest pick up location. We ask that you wait for the guide in the lobby of the hotel indicated.

Hotel pick-up for the Cafayate and Humahuaca tour starts at 06:30 a.m.

  • Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
  • Suitable for all physical fitness levels
  • A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult
  • If you choose the airport pickup please remember to reconfirm arrival time with the local provider.
  • It is recommended that you wear comfortable clothes and shoes and bring a hat, sunblock and sunglasses
  • Minimum age to drink wine is 18 years
  • Note: This region of Argentina reaches elevations up to 11,100 feet, which may cause altitude sickness for some; it is recommended that you drink plenty of hot tea or water prior to the tour and carry any necessary medication
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Para visitar LA QUEBRADA DE HUMAHUACA es conveniente dormir en Purmamarca , Tilcara o Maimara. Desgraciadamente , algunas las agencias de Turismo salteñas, NO LE AVISAN A LOS TURISTAS que van a estar en ruta 4 horas de más. Tampoco le avisan que las atracciones que verán: Salinas Grandes , Cerro de 7 colores, Garganta del Diablo, Paleta del Pintor y TANTOS OTROS!!!! Son de Jujuy, no de Salta!!!!! O sea si organiza visitar lo que nombré, más Humahuaca, el Hornecal, Yavi, etc. Alojese en Jujuy!!!!!

El viaje es increible ,los paisajes son hermosos ,si soy honesta me gustaron más que los de Jujuy ,los colores son más intensos (es mi opinión) Cafayate es muy pintoresco prueben los tamales son exquisitos y ni hablar del helado de vino

Very good tours. Local operator (Nordic Travel) was on time, the van (1st day) and bus (2nd day) were comfortable enough. Very knowledgeable guides on both days - Fabien, the 1st day guide, was also a very funny person. Amazing scenery, lots of stops to take amazing photos.
