We will start to explore the Historical Center Pelourinho by foot, visiting the Cathedral and São Francisco of Assis Convent & Church. We have time for street food or a restaurant. Gabriela is a very kind and knowledgeable tour guide. She graciously waited for us at our hotel when our flight was delayed, she very kindly agreed to push back the start of our tour. She provided a lot of insight into the history of Salvador, the culture of Bahia and local hot spots. She also took us to eat and some great local spots.
