The tour begins when the schooner leaves the Nautical Terminal towards the first island. A contemplative journey within the Baía de Todos os Santos, at the exit we have the São Marcelo Fort, the city of Salvador seen from the sea, the Itapagipe peninsula, Monte Serrat Fort, the Bonfim Church and other attractions. We head towards Ilha dos Frades where calm, crystal clear waters invite us to take a swim, there are natives as well as a snack and a cold drink, we stay for around 2 hours. Next we go to Itaparica Island. Where we will have lunch at a restaurant on the beach, a buffet with good homemade food. Then just relax on the sand or warm waters of the Itaparica sea. At 3:30 pm our guide begins boarding. On the way back, you can enjoy the sunset at our Todos os Santos Bay. Time: SSA-Frades 1:40; Frades-Itaparica 0:40; Itaparica-SSA 1:10. Note: Tours purchased less than 12 hours after boarding are subject to consultation only. DOES NOT INCLUDE: Boarding fees in Salvador and entry to Ilha dos Frades; Meals and drinks.

Frades Island is beautiful, umbrellas are available with a fairly economic value (30 reais in consumption and non-alcoholic drinks are economical). However we never receive snacks or drinks as the description says, we only receive a small piece of fruit on the boat. On the island we stayed about two hours. In Isla itaparica the story is different, first you must change boats to approach boats that are very uncomfortable for elderly people or children. You don’t know the island either, just a restaurant you’re practically obliged to go to because they leave the boat far from anywhere else. In the restaurant the food is of very low quality and, to wait for the return, there is no shade where you can lie down, it is perfect for sunbathing. During the tour everything is charged extra, even the tour guide sells crafts and practically forces you to buy it very insistently (and sells three times more expensive than in the trade). Also with the musicians who sang on the boat (which at the end indicate a fee per person, not voluntary or previously known). Moreover, the organization is very precarious. There is no order. There were even people standing because they didn’t reach the spaces for everyone to be seated. I do not recommend it, for my family it was a very bad experience. The tour should only go to frades island or take a real tour on itaparica island.

Too much boat trip to enjoy little of the beaches and island. Itaparica only goes down to eat at a restaurant. Just that. Nothing about the place is appreciated.
