Our driver Jay picked us up at our hotel in Salzburg on time and told us about many things along the way to Munich. He was very professional and accommodating. We were supposed to see The Eagle’s Nest, but it was closed due to road conditions caused by weather. Viator contacted us ahead of time about this so that we could revise our plans. It was an enjoyable and memorable trip!
