You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

No water refill station. Cafes will not refill water bottles. Clearly designed to sell expensive polluting plastic bottles. Not what I expected from Austria!

We were picked up at requested time. The driver was very friendly. No worries.

We requested an earlier pickup and received it. The driver helped us with our luggage into the airport and was very kind and helpful.
