This zoo should not have been open..there were hardly any animals to view. I came all the way from Louisiana just to be disappointed...but on the bright side we got a pic of the family ...

I was very disappointed! The sa zoo not what it use to be they expect you to leave your drinks unattended to feed the lorikeets. They wont let u go with your children to feed geraffs. Not as family oriented as they where in the past. This is my last yearly membership with San Antonio zoo i feel like i wasted my money n on top of that had to jump thru hoops to get in because they changed system n did not email to let us know im frustrated and angry after a "fun family outing" just beond disappointed..... You can and should do better San Antonio zoo.... U make San Antonio look bad
