Enjoy the best Mexican wines in two flagship vineyards in the Guadalupe valley. Get to know the vineyards as well as the cellars with our sommelier as your guide. The first tasting will feature four wines from the same vineyard with labels for us to identify them. The second tasting will feature a vertical tasting with three wines of the same label but a different vintage. Finally, we will visit one of the emblematic restaurants of the Bajamed style, helping to make it a banner of attraction and glamour worldwide.

    The production of the wines in Santos Brujos (Viñas del Sol) is biodynamic with 100% organic certification by CCOF, so we will know very special wines where their production is very different from the rest of the wines of the Valley of Guadalupe. We will taste, with the direction of our Somelier, 4 wines touring the vineyards to finish in the cellar. If the vineyard is not open that day or has a private event, we will go to another vineyard of the same category.

  • Vinos Casa de Piedra, San Antonio de las Minas, Mexico
    Casa de Piedra is one of the first vineyards to settle in El Valle de Guadalupe during the wine boom. Therefore we will know one of the oldest vineyards and that are a reference. We are going to taste 3 reds from the same label, different vintages to do a vertical tasting and a sparkling one. If the vineyard is not open that day or has a private event, we will go to another vineyard of the same category.

    This restaurant has once again been awarded with being one of the 50 best restaurants in Latin America and it is right in its kitchen where we see the reason for this award, the originality and creativity of the place. If it was not possible to have a reservation or they are closed for a day of rest, we will go to another restaurant in the same category.

Such fun and the guides were awesome! I totally recommend this tour. Dinner was so good and the wine tasting was great!
