We booked ahead of time with Keoni who was super helpful & answered all of my questions. We selected the 2hour San Diego downtown and Balboa Park Classic Go Car tour. The app in the car tells you where to go and delivers interesting information about San Diego and buildings you pass. It was fun to do and easy to drive. People wave to you as you pass by. It was something different to try while in San Diego. Kelvin was in the office and provided instructions. He was the nicest, most helpful and kind employee. This place has good staff!

Difficult time hearing the recording. Brought up the concern to Marlin and his customer service was top-notch. He listened, made excellent eye contact and offered solutions. Due to our experience with him is the reason we are giving a five star review. You have a keeper there!

The navigation quit talking when we had to go off course due to road construction and we got lost. We used our phone navigation to find our way back, so it all worked out, but had to cut out a part of the tour due to the extra time spent finding the way back on course. Outside of that, had a great time! Next time we will go for the electric go cart as the gas powered go cart had no back up, so had to get out and push. I’m no spring chicken anymore ????. All in all a great way to see San Diego without having to pay for parking at every point of interest! ????
