Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
Price is per group, based on three passengers per sedan, five per sports utility vehicle or six per limousine
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Pick up at airport was memorable due to the driver obviously upset with us because flight was over an hour late taking off and he had to wait. Also no definite instructions where to meet as we were at baggage claim. Driver was rude, unprofessional, didn’t help with luggage didn’t open doors and didn’t talk, didn’t answer our questions at all. I hope no other couple has to deal with this for a start of a vacation, very upsetting,.Our trip back to the airport was pleasant, however was 12 minutes late picking us up. We called early that morning to confirm time of pick up and they had it scheduled for 12:30, not 11:30 as we scheduled. Company not organized, doesn’t track flights for delays or cancellation, however asked for flight and time upon booking.
