O tour é útil para quem quer ter uma visão geral sobre San Diego, de uma forma prática e rápida. Porém, os ônibus são antigos, com bancos apertados e sem ar condicionado. Os motoristas falam demais e impedem que você converse à bordo num tom normal, sempre pedindo para os clientes falarem mais baixo, o que é inconveniente, pois é claro que o que alguém que nunca esteve na cidade quer é trocar ideias e impressões sobre ela com seus parceiros de viagem. Fora isso, é um bom serviço.
