Nette, angenehme Tour durch San Francisco. Die “Seilbahn” ist eine Fahrt mit dem S. F. Cablecar. Unsere Führerim hat uns viel interessantes erzählt. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Within the first 20 minutes of our tour, we realized that Kathy our tour guides memory was slipping. Throughout the short time that we remained with Kathy, she couldn't recall names of places and was very bitter towards wealthy people. Within the first few minutes trying to access the trolley, there was a man on top of a building with a gun and the area was blocked off. My daughter pulled me behind a dumpster for protection from the shooter. The police came behind the dumpster with us and said the area was dangerous to leave. Kathy and the other 2 tourist had no idea of the situation. Kathy was oblivious. There was no one around the area but police. I do understand that these things can't be controlled. However, since the trolley wasn't operating and couldn't take us to the top of the hill, we didn't experience the items on the list of the tour because Kathy is physically unable to walk up a hill. Kathy couldn't remember the names of the streets, name of hotels, our presidents name, ... II was embarrassed for her. We eventually left our small group realizing that our day was going to be wasted with Kathy. We did call and ask for a refund. The company offered to book us another tour at our expense. I would still like a refund. My cell is 910-448-1316.
