The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

It was very informative and enjoyable. Definitely recommend this tour. Well worth the money. Just do it.

The tour was unlike most other BigBus tours in other cities. We bought a 2 day pass with the TCL tour. The first pick up was scheduled for later than normal at 11:15 am on the Beach loop. It stated that buses are 30-45 minutes apart. In fact, over the 2 days they tended to be 45-60 minutes apart. The first bus was 20 minutes late which impacted everything else.
We were switching over to the Hollywood loop to take advantage of the entire 2 loop experience. However, due to the lack of buses, time between buses and bus delays, we were only able to get off the bus once each day to take advantage of a stop. You could not enjoy any stop for any great period of time. We were constantly afraid of missing the bus. And the last bus to crossover to back to the beach loop was 4:15pm.
To summarize, picked us up at 11:35. Got us to the crossover stop by 12:35. And need to be back to that same stop by 4:15. One loop is over hours. With the traffic, there is just no hopping off. It’s unfortunate.
Also the recorded tour, is usually out of sync with the ride. It’s referring to buildings or landmarks that are not near you. We realized quickly with street name references and 2 days on the route.
No time to see the TCL theatre but it was closed for an event that day.
On a positive, the staff were excellent and the buses did wait for us at the crossover point to take us back to the beach loop. Drivers called ahead and I think it is common practice to ensure patrons aren’t stranded across town.
They could fix all these issues with more bus and more frequency.
It was our first time in LA. You’d expect a company that has buses worldwide to make efforts to solve very simple problems.

Glorified bus. The audio wasn't completely synced so at times we weren't sure what they were referring to. The bus drivers were friendly, ended up having to take an uber at the end of the day bc time flies.
