I booked this tour last minute for my clients who were getting off of a cruise ship and had a later flight out of LAX. Vincent was amazing. Although he couldn't personally do the tour he arranged for one of his counterparts to handle it. All of my communication was polite, professional and timely with him. Literally within an hour of my inquiry my clients were all set for a tour the following day. He understood exactly what my clients were looking for. The pickup at the cruise terminal was seamless and they hit all the highlights my guys wanted to do. It was perfect.
